HI i’m sar
lets be friends
Ahhh new mama Sarah, that’s what you see right there. Your view is probably so different than mine looking at this picture. I see a mama with the fullest heart and tiredest eyes.
Don’t get me wrong, I was on Cloud 9 with my little Oaks, but a severely sleep deprived version.
It’s why I got into sleep coaching, for mamas like you- to teach you all that I wish I knew when this picture was taken. Before I had Oakley a good friend told me that a new me was about to be born too. The old Sarah would be gone and a mama would take her place.
And nothing could be more true.
When you bring your baby into existence, you yourself become second and your baby becomes first.
So when Oakley was up every two hours I didn’t hesitate to jump up too. I wanted to do what was best for her- be there for her, nurse her, comfort her. But after too many sleepless nights, I came to the realization that there had to be better way.
That’s when we signed up for sleep training and everything changed.
As a nurse I’ve had the privilege to serve and hold the hands of countless families as they stand by their sick babies. Now as a mama, I want to combine my nursing experience and sleep expertise to serve your family.
Unlike generic sleep courses or spending hours lost in google search, I’m here to support your family’s specific needs.
As a your sleep coach I will provide you 1:1 support, in addition to creating a sleep plan custom to your baby. My services are open to all family dynamics and needs, as every baby is unique and each family values different.
If you are ready for better nights and more sleep send me a message or schedule a call to chat.
i would love to talk to you and get you back to feeling like you again.
Better nights are possible and I am here to help make that possible for you!
I hope you sleep well,
Sar
